LDS operates a fleet of warehouses that are conveniently located for easy accessibility to different regions and operates with the most modern ERP, logistics and supply chain management system. The unit is operated by a highly experienced team, that integrates the entire process in the logistics and supply chain management from product procurement to storage, inventory and expiry management, to distribution.

The purchase department in coordination with the finance and marketing team, forecasts stocks on rolling basis to ensure the continuous supplies throughout the year to fulfil the needs in the market. The fully equipped clearing and forwarding team ensures freight forwarding across GCC, MENA and beyond. Our state of art warehouses are well equipped with temperature controlled cold rooms to store pharmaceuticals and related products, adhering to international good storage practices (GSP) and our warehouses are licenced by and comply to Ministry of Health and Health Authority specifications. The division has fully equipped and air conditioned heavy vehicles ensuring faster deliveries of processed orders, within 24 hours of order confirmation anywhere in the region. We operate with the most advanced ERP, which can generate reports of any activities related to sales, movements of products, staff analysis, reorder levels and other analytical datas. We have a dedicated IT department with qualified engineers and supporting staffs capable of taking up any challenges in day to day activities and business development. Our standard operating practices, training and quality policies are followed by all our employees at all levels.
